With the Summer coming in quickly, we need to look at ways of protecting our skin even more.
It is always a good idea to add sunscreen into your daily routine, even in winter.
I have a moisturiser with a pretty good SPF so atleast my face is ‘covered’.
A lot of people are under the misconception that they will no get a good tan if they use sunscreen but this is completely false. We are still able to tan or burn regardless of whether we are using a sunscreen but the SPF is there to protect our skin from the harsh sun rays.
