0 Book Launch: Veda Donnelly – “Finding Your V-Spot”
I wasn’t sure how to start this blog post, so I will start off by sharing how I met Veda Donnelly.
I was signed up for a career development course at work, and I was sort of dreading it because those tend to become a little tedious and I find it a little difficult to concentrate.
Veda came into the classroom with a suitcase, bright red lips and a personality that lit the room!
Surprisingly enough, I have an acute fear of speaking in front of too many people. If it is one on one, I could talk an ear off, but when a number of people are focused on me, it kinda makes me jitter!
Anyway, we started off with an exercise, introducing ourselves to the class and even though my voice was cracking, is was sort of fun because we were asked to mention an animal that represented us (if I remember correctly) and why we thought it would be a perfect fit. It was like a spark of interest at the very beginning.
When the course officially started, I was pleasantly surprised by the fact that it was more of a personal development course called Spiral to Success.
I found myself becoming more and more involved in the topics of discussion and actually enjoyed it. I have always been pretty much on a path of self-discovery and this course couldn’t have come at a better time.
As the course progressed I felt myself becoming more free in my own Sphere of control, as the course mantra’d. It was like an affirmation of all the things I had been working on.
Veda and I started building a good friendship and she became more of a mentor to me. I later went on her other courses in the Spiral sequence (Spiral to Excellence, Spiral to Brilliance).

Apart from these personal development courses, Veda does a number of really incredible things! She has a ton of Motivational Speaking, Relaxation Therapy and she is also an Book Author. She just launched her fifth book!!!

There is something about her book titles that are certainly eye-catching!
This one strikes a chord with the ladies in particular. Teaching woman to release their vigor and power because they are so much more powerful than they know.
Veda truly has a gift, to invoke feelings of inspiration and motivating you in a way, that empowers you. It is almost as though she gives you the tools to see yourself in that greater more powerful state. Her examples and metaphors serve as a constant reminder that every single thing around you has a purpose. That you have a purpose!
I truly wish that I could inspire and motivate people, as she does. To change the lives of people in a way that makes them live better live want to because not due to anything worldly, but because the belief in ourselves is what gives us so much more to live for.
