0 We live in a world where we are not safe. Not only woman anymore but I feel woman are not equipping themselves enough. Promising Young Woman is about a women who goes out of her way to get revenge for her late friend who was drugged and raped while in college. As we are all aware, GBV is a huge problem in South Africa – which is also a big topic in the film.

Justice Departments doesn’t do enough to protect woman from the horrific crimes done to them, and those suspects get away with their actions, imagine they didn’t??
I pray for us to all be safe and to never need these but I wanted to add these self-defence videos for my readers. It’s not a full course but I think they will be helpful and perhaps give you some confidence to defend yourself if it is ever needed. I also would suggest that we all look into taking up Self Defence Classes because crime is simply getting worse in our country.
