Jessica Anne Clothing Launch

It is always so much fun attending events where you can actually feel the passion in the art! This was such an event.

I will start off with the clothing because, well, it was the main feature but this event was packed with so much more.

Prior to the event, I went onto the www.jessica-anne.co.za and I simply loved the simplistic, elegant feel with that dash of quirky hipster vibes! As you may know, that is right up my alley!

I’ve come across her site a while back and was in awe with the simplicity of it.

From simple white t-shirts with inspiring quotes; to floral long skirts and crop tops, to me, the line screams FREEDOM!

Freedom to BE BEAUTIFUL, to BE DIFFERENT to take a moment and “smell the roses” once in a while. To just BE YOU. Just a whole lot of feel good vibes!

Meeting Jess was like catching up with an old friend. Her soft, humble presence was somewhat of a confirmation that she pours her passion into designing beautiful clothes. Not only because of her childhood dreams coming true, but so that she can remind the people, wearing her clothes, that they are beautiful!

There was a special performance by her husband, Matthew Mole, which most of you know, I am quite the fan! Desmond and the Tutus were also in attendance and there were so many other amazing guests at this cute little place “Wolves” where Jessica and Matthew apparently met. He played a few songs from his album RUN. I am such a huge supporter of people brave enough to follow their dreams, and this duo is going to take the world be storm!
