Meeting Travis Pastrana & Attending the 2017 Nitro Circus Show

As you may know I used to be a real little rebel, skateboarded for a couple years and used to hang out at skate parks and Nadia and I were super inspired by Jackass and Johnny Knoxville!

If you don’t know who that is, you’re too young bro! LoL

Anyway, the Nitro Circus is like bringing back all the feels of taking adventure by the horns! The group of nut-jobs that make up the Nitro Circus with their pack leader, Travis Pastrana are literal fun goals! Watching them on TV might be fun but being in the crowd cheering them would be a dream!

TPW Agency made some childhood dreams come true when they invited me to the 94.7 Highveld Stereo Radio Station for the Official Nitro Circus Press Day with Travis Pastrana.

We got to ask him questions, shoot some pictures and witness him not only doing a burnout inside the office park, but also ride around the office area with his bike!

Attending the Show

To sum up the show I need only two words… MIND BLOWN!!!

It was incredible what these guys out themselves through on a daily basis! The amount of dedication and drive they have is seemingly limitless. I think my favourite performer is Dusty because it’s like he has so much guts to just do anything!

It’s always good to have somebody kinda crazy on your show but I think he might be fully crazy in the best possible way! I wish I was as fearless when I used to skateboard but on the other hand with the amount of broken bones between the guys on this show… I’m surprised this show is still taking place and hitting the high rating every time!

All the very American style show happenings with the hosts hyping the crowd really does work every time. The humour and the trust in not only their talents but in each other is incredible!

Thank you Dionne for this incredible opportunity to travel down memory lane and having an experience my younger self would be patting me on the back for!
