The person that makes it feel like magic is real. The onw that will watch Greys Anatomy with me, even though he cannot stand the sight of blood. The one who makes me laugh until I can’t breathe anymore, and shows me his true colours when I want to watch scary movies lol. The one that makes me angry, yet still consoles me because he cannot see me upset. The one who’s literally there 24/7. My late mom’s twin, Aunty Cynthia, is my best friend, my confidant and the only real person I can talk to about anything. She will be 70 years old this year and I want to show her all the love and care she deserves; she is strong, forgiving, lovable and generous. I never thought I needed friends until I met them and now I can’t live without them. They taught me what it feels like to be accepted for who you are, to get support, loyalty, love and happiness from people other than family. We disagree and argue and then laugh about it later and I wouldn’t have it any other way because that’s what sisters do❤
